Role Overview
Build and scale the core systems powering leadership feedback, analytics, and behavioral insights
What you’ll work on
- Design and develop scalable applications using the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and modern Full Stack HTML (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Build robust data-driven features, dashboards, and reporting engines
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and security across the stack
- Contribute to platform architecture, APIs, and third-party integrations
