Role Overview
You will work directly with leaders to translate insight into sustained behavioural change. This is not just coaching conversations it is enabling real transformation aligned with business and leadership outcomes
What you’ll work on
- Deliver 1:1 and cohort-based coaching programs
- Use 360° feedback and other assessments as coaching inputs
- Support leaders in building capability across real workplace challenges
- Work on structured leadership development journeys
What success looks like
- Leaders demonstrate visible behavioural change
- Coaching drives clarity, ownership, and accountability
- Development aligns with business and team outcomes

- Debrief and program teams
What you bring
- Strong coaching capability and presence
- Ability to balance empathy with accountability
- Certification (ICF or equivalent) preferred
