You will design how organizations use Dott 360 and related platforms to solve real leadership and talent challenges. This is not just technical architecture, it is solution thinking across business, behavior, and systems
What you’ll work on
- Translate client requirements into structured 360° solutions
- Design feedback frameworks, workflows, and reporting structures
- Align platform capabilities with organizational context
- Work closely with product and client teams to shape implementations
What success looks like
- Clients clearly understand what they are building and why
- Solutions are structured, scalable, and easy to execute
- Programs deliver meaningful insights not just data

- Ability to translate ambiguity into clear systems
- Experience in HR tech, consulting, or enterprise systems preferred
